Adult beginners, aged 14 years and older, may attend sessions on Friday evenings in conjunction with the Mixed Hockey League training which is held between 7:00 and 8:00 pm.

Coaches will provide instruction to beginners of all ages to develop the basic skills required to graduate to playing in the Sunday local competition games. The cost is $15.00 per session, or $50.00 for 5 sessions. Ice skates, a helmet and a stick are provided. It is recommended that you wear sturdy trousers and a long sleeved top. Gloves are a good idea too.

The aim of these sessions is to get the player ready to join the Association and play in a league. The Association will help with obtaining equipment.
