HOW TO REGISTER
Complete the registration form found on this page send it along to the Registrar, Shawne Johnston via email registrar@actiha.org.au
Either email the completed form to the Registrar or mail it to: The Registrar P.O. Box 3363, WESTON, ACT 2611.
Payment
Members may pay in full upon registration by cheque or cash. As well, members may divide their total fee into three equal payments:
1st payment: Upon registration - DEADLINE FOR FIRST PAYMENT is 28th February if you want to take to the Ice week of 2nd Mar
2nd payment: April 25, 2010
3rd payment: June 6, 2010
Payments may be made by providing the Registrar with post-dated cheques or through internet direct banking to:

Please ensure you provide the players surname and initials in the transfer details and registrar@actiha.org.au to advise the date and amount of the deposit so that we may verify your payment.
PLEASE NOTE: The ACTIHA requires that in order to take to the ice, you should be a member in good financial standing i.e. – that payments be made no later that the dates outlined above and the Registrar has been duly notified.
