ANNOUNCEMENTS
Thanks everyone for your patience yesterday. It was great to see so many kid and parents out there...! Congratulations to all the new kids who played their first game yesterday - you all did really well....!!!!
As we have so many this year, we will be moving towards a 4 team competition. Coaches will be sorting this out sometime this week, so again this coming Sunday, I will hand out jerseys. Hopefully I will have the team lists to email to you all some time later this week.
Also, we need to start doing game score sheets for each game. If shared around, this is not an onerous task. I am asking for volunteers to do this and will be drawing up a roster. Please email me if you wish to help. Given we have so many this year, I would ask that all parents volunteer to do this at least once. It is really quite easy and we will show you how to do it...remember, many hands make light work...!
See you all Tuesday :)
GENERAL INFORMATION
No-one but Coaches, children playing and officials are
allowed on
the benches during games. All parents are to remain in the stands at
all
times. This is a safety issue as you are not covered by our insurance
if
you are not in the stands behind the nets.
If your child needs anything, they can direct the need to the coach who
will
then instruct the child on how to proceed. At no time is a non-playing
child EVER allowed near the benches. This includes the area between the
male changeroom and the benches. This area is not protected by nets.
Thanks for your co-operation in this matter.
