The ACTIHA Mixed Hockey League (MHL) is for players from 14 years of age and upward - there is no upper age limit. MHL play modified Hockey rules; there is no body-checking and no slap-shots.
The MHL is for beginner players. One aim of the MHL is to provide players with the skills and experience they need to play in a higher level league, such as the Bantams, Midgets or Recreational Hockey League.
MHL is a local league and does not involve any travel.
Training is on Friday 7-8pm. First training session is 28th March 2008.
