Recreational Hockey League
The ACTIHA Recreational Hockey League is for players from 14 years of age and upward - there is no upper age limit. The Recreational League plays modified Hockey rules; there is no body-checking, and no slap-shots.
Recreational Hockey is for experienced, competent players. This league would suit those players who have played Hockey before at either Bantam, Midget or Senior level.
The Recreational Hockey League is a local league and does not involve any travel.
Training is not conducted for Recreational Hockey. Those players who wish to train, but do not otherwise participate in a league that offers training, may train with the MHL.
